my document file went all white while working

hi there!

i was working on a document file on photoshop and all of a sudden my canvas went all white and i cannot find my designs, beside i tried to open another document file i found the designs.

i restarted my pc and everything and still the actual file i was working on still white and cant find the designs.

how can i restore the designs in this specific canvas??

Just had that issue of my canvas turning white I was using a graphic pen still very new to it all of a sudden it went white I don't know if it's the pen but I copied the layers to another canvas and it worked.

If possible, please share a screen capture of your Workspace. This will help people see what might be causing the issue. As another comment, I'd start by double-checking your layers to ensure nothing is turned off or that a layer is not covering what you are expecting to see.
