my path line color is white. i change the color but only the anchor points color change, not the path line

Your screen capture seems to be showing your are White where the default color is Light Blue??

yes exactly, i rest tool and i reset preferences but nothing happened

If resetting the tool and preferences didn't fix the issue, try re-installing using the Adobe cleaner tool
