My Photoshop and Lightroom are out of date. Creative Cloud did not update it. ???

My Photoshop and Lightroom are out of date although I keep paying for my plan each year. I tried using Creative Cloud to update Photoshop but it did not work. This "Help" system makes me think  I'm too old to use Adobe tools now ---  but have used them for a number of years. There appears to be no Adobe human help. Any suggestions for how to find help?

Perhaps your equipment is too outdated to accept the new software.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

Could you please try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and then sign in using your Adobe ID and try updating Photoshop and Lightroom by going to the Apps section? Check this for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
