My Photoshop Has Shrunk...

I opened my photoshop the other day and suddenly all the icons were really small. So small infact that they were completely unmanageable. Instead of being the regular size they became almost hard to see (you get the point). I've tried different things such as going into the options menu and changing the font size but I still cant get it back to normal! Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help!
