My plan being shown on the website but not on the creative cloud app
I am having a problem regarding the creative cloud app. You see, I made an adobe account on an older device and had paid for the all the apps package under my student account. However, I now have a new device and am unable to download the apps for this computer.
I installed creative cloud, and when I click on 'my account' in the top right corner, it brings be to the website & shows the plan under 'my plans.'

However, when I open the creative cloud app, it does not show the apps I should have available under 'available in your plan,' such as Photoshop & Lightroom.

Any advice? We don't want to pay for the package again since we already have it, but it's not showing up on the device so I'm confused as to what to do.
P.S. I found that you can only buy the apps on two devices at a time, and this one would be the second. Also, it is a desktop & a Mac, very new version, so I don't believe this is a compatability problem.
