My plans and subscriptions do not work on my student account

I don't know why but in my student account the plan is not visible at all. I have paid for my subscription last month on the 24th, so shouldn't the subscription be on the in my product area. I do not understand. 

Instead of deleting the plan, I decided to open another account and pay $9.99 monthly for PS. 

So the deal is, how can I delete my student account? or if that's impossible, how do I know if my account is still not active?

For any Adobe ID, the subscription plan(s) you are currently subscribed to (including education) are shown here:

 

https://account.adobe.com/plans

 

So make sure you are signed in with the correct email(s), and double-check that. If it doesn't agree with what you think it should, then please contact Adobe Customer Care to help sort it out:
