Currently running the latest version of PS CC i'm experiencing some frustrating issues regarding plugins, literally all of them, I've tried just every suggestion suggested in forums with people having the same issue.

Some clarification, my plugins work perfectly fine with all the older versions of PS CC, the plugins that i use doesn't appear in PS what so ever, no sign of them at all, I've made sure they are all in the right place so it's not that they just disappeared from the folder, so i have no choice but to seek for help in the forums my self i'm out of options at this point, i 'll have to rollback to the previous version as of now.

There are two places for plug ins. The recommendation now is to put them in the common files folder so they can be used in multiple versions of Photoshop.

Windows :

Hard Drive\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

MAC:

Hard Drive/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC

Is that what you meant by the "right place"?

One other possibility - do your plug ins need the 32 bit version of Photoshop? If so, it is no longer supported, see here:

Thanks! That did the trick, my plug ins are now showing up in Photoshop!

I haven't contacted any of them, i find it a bit odd that all of the sudden over 30 plug ins get incompatible all together with one version change, i don't even think some of these plug in developers are active anymore, they're mainly for processing astro photography imagery, Adobe must have done some drastic changes as to how plug ins are handled, i saw no other solution but to roll back unfortunately.

Have you contacted your plugin makers for install assistance and updated installers?
