     Hello,

so this issue happened to me this night while drawing;

i were stroking shade lines and zoomed and the problem just started here.

whenever i stroke with the pen it drag the whole canvas to the side or up(only direct left\right OR up\down :no diagonal )

and to describe it better it dosen't show the hand tool icon cursor it will go plank and move the canvas.

i looked after my wacom tablet's settings and everything is ok

tried an other program and it's fine it dosen't drag the canvas

and no my space bar isn't stuck

    Hello,

    I've got the same issue, but I think it depends on the last Windows update, infact if I uninstall this , the issue disappears.

    Sorry for my English.

    You can also go into your Wacom Intuos properties settings and click on "mapping".  In the lower left corner you can uncheck "use windows Ink".  Then restart photoshop. I did this and it solved my brush tool behaving like the hand tool problem.

    Yes, I had the same problem. Uninstalling of Windows update KB4089848 helped. Uninstall and restart computer (and prevent autoupdate).

    Yeah, I've had the same problem all day. After thinking it was a problem with either my Wacom tablet and/or Photoshop, it's actually a problem with the latest Windows 10 update. After uninstalling it, PS works fine again. I don't know what about the newest update is affecting PS like that.
