Não consigo baixar o PS

Meu windows foi atualizado e nao consigo baixar o photoshop novamente, aparece apenas versão temporária, ja conectei com minha conta da creative cloud porém não aparece a opção, preciso de ajuda urgente, no telefone ngm atende.
