Necesito ayuda con la herramienta de color

hola, tengo un problema con photoshop, usando la herramienta pincel cuando tomo la muestra de color me queda como color de fondo no como color frontal, entonces debo presionar X para invertirlos, alguien sabe como lo puedo solucionar? , por ejemplo en la imagen, tomo el color piel pero sale en la parte de atras

    Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Color, Options Bar, …) visible? 

    Which field is checked in the Color Panel?

    The Layer is black, the Foreground Color is black so you seem to have been able to pick the Foreground Color. 

    So what is the problem?
