Need a help

Question

Actually we are facing an issue its not working properly and getting stucked after installing photoshop, some of the tools are not working properly, unable to drag also, unable to erase, unable to text. Getting slow laptop while working in photoshop, Why?

And we have latest version of driver, still getting error that driver not supported in illustrator. What to be done now?

Please help us out we are not able to use photoshop smoothly.

Hi. We need much more specific information. Which Operating System? To which driver are you referring? You speak to both Photoshop and Illustrator in this. Are you having problems with both?

Without this information, all I can suggest is to try uninstalling it (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) and then reinstalling it.
