Need Help Canceling Trials
Didn't know where to post this since I can't seem to contact Adobe support as I have a school account and my administration isn't much of a help. I wanted to get Photoshop for only a few days so I purchased 2 free trials, when I tried to run Photoshop it said that my account didn't seem to hold any plans that permitted me to access it (which is why I got another trial hoping it would work) but again it didn't work. When I go to my account and I go to my plans I only see my school's plan, the trials I purchased were nowhere to be seen, not even in the orders section. If I can't see the trials then how can I cancel them and not get charged? I have 2 emails from both trials confirming that I ordered trials. This is my last resort as I don't know what else I can do, help would be much appreciated.
