Need help creating a package from a file in photohsop

I have a larger file that I'm trying to package to include images and links but I can't figure out why "package" is greyed out. I have the images saved to my computer (some in ZIP format and some in PNG format). Any advice is appreciated.

Do you have Linked Smart Objects in your file and did you Save first?

You can package in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Are you meaning in InDesign? If so, File/ Package. I do not know of Photoshop having a package with links
