Need help figuring out a photo effect

Question

I have been trying to figure out how to get a picture to have this effect but i cannot seem to figure it out. I have been fooling around with the levels and curves but I do not knonw how to get the effect to be one solid color so I can screen print. Thanks so much for any help!

Which effect exactly? Do you mean white graphic on pants? You will need graphic with transparent background or make it transparent using layer mask, for example. The next thing is to position graphic above image then to distort or warp it for better match. The next step can be to use advanced blending options to better blend graphic with pants. I am trying to give you idea of process and which direction to go.
