NEED HELP sizing screen

How do I change de size of the photoshop? I have a 17" Computer, and when I open the photoshop it just is like it's zoomed in. I just don't really know how to change it to the "normal" size.

What do you eeven mean by »"normal" size«? 

Is anything missing? 

 

Do you want Photoshop to not use the whole screen? If so have you tried Window > Application Frame?
