Need help turning off popups in Photoshop

How do I turn off popups when I use Photoshop? Everytime I try to use the brush tool the popup has a list of options covering brush size and type of brushstroke. Does anyone know how to turn off this feature? I can't always click outside of it to have it closed, too time consuming. Please explain step by step. I use Windows 11.
