need PS cc 18 due to lack of requirements for cc 19

hello, I need PS cc 18 due to lack of requirements for cc 19. I had a link to it from adobe (lost it).

Could anyone please provide that information for me?

I have gone round and round with the CC App, for ove 30 mins.
