need script for Trim, Resize image , save as web .jpg

Hi intelligent guys ,

plz help me in script for

step 1: trim all the white space in image on all 4 sides

step 2 : expand the canvas size with 5:3 ratio

step 3 : image size should be in between ( 960 px width to 576 px height ) to ( 4200 px width to 2520 px height )

step 4 :save for web with 100% quality .jpg to the windows desktop == > out put folder
