.NEF file not opening in photoshop 25.1.0 using Camera Raw Plugin 16.0.0

Working on a Mac Pro 2023, MAC OS 13.5.2

With Photoshop 25.1.0 and Camera Raw 16.0.0

Get this error message (see below image) when trying to open a RAW .NEF file.

Things I've done to combat the issue...

- Restarted computer

- Closed and reopened Photoshop

- Cleared Camera Raw Preferences (selected Yes)

- Closed Photoshop

- Reopened Photoshop

- Triad opening various .NEF files

No joy...same error message.

Any suggestions? I'd love any help!
