Neural Filter

Is anyone having trouble using neural filters? The message says that the filter was suspended due to an error. It doesn't say which one or solution.

    I couldn't solve it and I didn't receive a response from support. All I could do was use brute force and waste my precious time. I uninstalled everything. The full CC package, applications, files left behind by the uninstaller and all references in the windows registry. I reinstalled everything from zero. Now the neural filters are working. I suspect that the latest Photoshop update did not properly uninstall the previous version and this caused a conflict. This is because the previous version was still listed in the Windows programs list. I will continue working over the next few days and if the error returns I will post it here. Hugs.
