Neural filters are gone

22.4.2 Windows 10, the neural filters will not load...just a blank panel on the right?

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

I've been having the same issue for a while now, I open the window and it is entirely grey and inacsessible.

it loads perpetually like so

and then sometimes settles as the grey screen.

I have tried restarting, and reinstalling photoshop, and manipulating the window by undocking it or resizing it does not seem to fix the issue.
