Neural filters crashes while using Skin Smoothing on Photoshop 22.4.1 Win10

Question

I have been trying to use skin smoothing.. It crashes my computer: Win10 (up-to-date), Nvidia GTX 1660 w/6 GBytes, OnBoard video turned off, Intel i7, 32GB ram, reset PS preferences, PS v22.4.1 and any suggestions would be welcomed.

Hi there,

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 is crashing while launching Neural filters.

Along with the question that Derek has asked above, would you mind checking the below troubleshooting steps?

Go to Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor and restart Photoshop.
If that helps, you can then update the GPU driver, reboot your computer, then re-enable Use Graphics Processor in the Performance Preferences, and restart Photoshop. See Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processo r (GPU) and graphics driver issues
