Neural Filters stuck loading v25.4

Question

I have never used Neural Filters before and when I tried to use it today the menu opened but it just loads forever. I have tried the full and beta versions and the same thing happens.

I am using a 13" m2 macbook pro / 24GB ram / 1T ssd / macOS Sonoma 14.2 / Photoshop v25.4 & v25.5

Hey, @Danfc4. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. Before troubleshooting, update Photoshop to the latest version (v25.5) via the Creative Cloud desktop app & check if the issue exists.
