Neural filtersl SmartPortrait

A photo was loaded of a blind person with abnormal irises.  The age slider was moved to lower the persons age which occured.  However, her eyes were manipulated to look like they were close to normal.  Also, at the same time her front teeth were elongated.  Does anyone have any idea what happened or why.  The laptop used was a Mac.
