New iMac not opening Files in Photoshop, but will in Finder
Setting up a new iMac at my home office and installed my Creative Cloud account.
Installed Dropbox and all of my files loaded.
I went to open JPG's and PNG's in Photoshop and I get the error message:
"Could not open “file-name.jpg” because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)."
The thumbnail previews are also not showing up in Bridge, but they do in Finder and I can open them in Preview.
The files can be previewed and open without any problems on my iMac at work. Any thoughts?
* I have just deleted Bridge and restarted. i can now open jpg's and png's in Photoshop through Finder. But if I try to open a Photoshop file through Photoshop, it won't. If I try to open via Finder, it opens without issue.
