New PC: Can I back up Preferences, Workspaces, and Shortcuts?

I'll be moving to a new Windows 10 machine at work, and I feel like it could cost me a day getting everything the way I prefer it. Obviously, it'd be great if I could back up my application preferences, workspaces, and keyboard shortcuts and just transfer them back in on the new machine. Ideally, I'd do this for Photoshop CC, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign.

Any chance this is easy and I just need to know where to look?

Yes, Adobe does plan for migrating presets. For Photoshop:

Migrate presets, actions, and settings

For other Adobe software, it's best to visit the forums for those products, where those questions can be better
