New Photoshop is very slow, while older versions are working perfectly

New Photoshop is very slow, while older versions are working perfectly. Can anyone knows why? Is it the f clouds? 
I have all the good machine, 32GB RAM, Inter 7700 processor, SSD Drive.. but when painting, or clonning or even erasing and doing selections, it is having lag and it is very sloooooow. 
Its getting crazy, Interenet I have 1GB direct cable in, so it is very fast.

Any help? Or shall I unsubscribe and just get old version?
