new PS doesn't have FILTER>RENDER>PICTURE FRAME.

Trying to use FILTER>RENDER>PICTURE FRAME...Picture Frame is grayed out. How do I fix this?

The "Use Graphics Processor" option is grayed out.

Perhaps your graphic card is not supported? Which graphic card you have on that machine?

In addition to the above advice, make sure you are working on a pixel layer (not a smart object)

In Photoshop, Preferences > General, ensure Use Graphics Processor is checked.

Thank you. I turned mine off so I can use neural filters! I was wondering why I couldn't render picture frames!!!!
