New Save Dialog Annoyance [Save to Cloud]

What is with this new save dialog that we have to go through everytime we save a new file?  I don't want to save now or ever to the Adobe Cloud.  I'm perfectly happy with my present file saving protocol, so why do I have to go through this extra step of saving to the cloud?  How do I turn this off (if there is a way, it's certainly not apparent).

In Preferences > File Handling, you want your File Location set to "On your computer" from the dropdown menu. Click the OK button, and you should not be asked again.

When the box pops up in the left hand bottom  corner is a box to turn off that feature.

Make sure you hit dont show again before you click save to computer.

The option to turn off is available in Preferences/File Handling.
