Newest Photoshop (23.0.2) not running but older version (22.5.3) runs fine

Question

So I finaly updated my iMac 27 inch to Big Sur (had no time to take the risk so I just was stuck on Mojave).

Everything looks nice and clean. However the newest version of Photoshop (all versions from 23 and up) straight out crash. They load the plugins and you see the dark grey screen for just a second and it gives you a crash report.

Luckily I found out that older versions run just fine. So this has to be something version 23 specific.

Anyone has some idea how to get the newest version of Photoshop running? Thanks in advance :-)!

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html
