on OS Big Sur 11.2.3

After perfect install, NIK 3.3 plugins on PS2021 not working.

This seems to be a problem with the plugin itself, not necessarily Photoshop. Please check NIK's requirements here: https://nikcollection.dxo.com/download/

Then, I suggest checking with them DxO to ensure it all works with Big Sur, as well as compatibility with Photoshop.
