No Colour Picker Button Latest Photoshop?

Hi,

I'm in chat with Adobe at the moment, but long story short I have used Photoshop for over 20 years professionally and in an amateur capacity, so I'm quite familiar. 

But the latest version (2021) seems to be missing the button to remove colour from foreground/background. 

It's the little white square with the red slash running through it.

Does anyone know where this is now?  I'm on chat to Adobe at the moment but they don't appear to have a clue what I'm talking about.
