No controls in Adobe RAW

Hi, any ideas why I have no controls in Adobe RAW

I'm using a 2019 mac all up to date with adobe up to date too.  

Please see attached image.

Try turning off Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance > Use Graphics Processor and restarting.
