no curvature tool,no update

there is no curvature pen  tool in photoshop,i know its only in the 2018 update but there is no new update to be found in the adobe cc,and i'm on 2017,and there isnt an update on my mac to be done either,i am using Yosemite 10.10.5 is this the problem? thank you
