No menu options?
New user here...and I go to use PS today, only to find no options under any menus. Does anyone have any advice? I can't seem to find a similar problem on the forum.

Is your Display Device driver up to date. Try turning off Use GPU in Photoshop performance section after you reset all Photoshop Tools and reset your Photoshop preferences.
