No Preserve Details 2.0 Upscale in Save for Web (Legacy) .

In Photoshop 24.4.1, File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy).
Preserve Details 2.0 Upscale is not visible in the Quality options.
It was available in the previous version.

Are you sure you weren't using File>Export>Export As?

Though it only shows Preserve Details.

 

As far as i know, the only place the Preserve Details 2 is available is in Image>Image Size in photoshop.
