No pressure sensitivity in Photoshop cc because of windows ink

I've been scouring the internest all day for a fix and cant seem to find any. I turned off windows ink because it was interfering with photoshop cc and making it annoying whenever the pop up signature appeared. Now i can't seem to use the pressure sensitivity at all in photoshop cc. I own a Ugee 2150 pen display and the Windows ink is making this impossible. Any suggestions?

I just reinstalled the tablet driver. Should I reinstall the windows pen driver too?
