Hey, @Luis Esqueda. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll clarify this for you.

When you use Edit in Photoshop on an iPad, a 16-bit RGB image file is sent from Lightroom to Photoshop.

Liquify isn't available on text layers, smart objects, Layers (size more than 8192 X 8192 pixels), masks, and color modes including Grayscale, Lab color, RGB (16 Bits and 32 Bits), CMYK (16 Bits and 32 Bits).

Please head here to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/add-manage-edit-layers-ipad.html#liquify-on-ipad

I hope this helps. Thanks!

I have the same issue, unfortunately my computer isn’t working right now and I was planning to make all my work in the iPad, is there any way to make it work? Is kind of weird to have the adobe making some of the top tools unavailable or incompatible within the same adobe suite

For now, Photoshop on desktop is ideal for handling 16/32 bit RAW images. I hope you understand.

Thanks!
