no puedo mover capas en photoshop

hola! no puedo subir o bajar una capa en phtoshop, no esta bloqueada! alguien sabe si es un error del programa? o se desconfiguró algo?

The Creative Cloud app allows for multiple versions of Photoshop to be installed simultaneously. Can you install another version of Photoshop? This might help work out what is causing the problem.

Thanks for highlighting this. Did it start happening after any update? Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Do you see any error messages? It would be great if we could see what you’re seeing. Please post a screen recording of what’s happening, and we will help sort it out. You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please back up your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences.

      Could you post a screen shot?

       

      Is the problem with an individual file or all files?

       

      If Photoshop is behaving strangely, resetting the Preferences can often solve the problem. Press the Reset Preferences On Quit button and restart Photoshop.

      Mac: Photoshop > Preferences > General
      Windows: Edit > Preferences > General
