No puedo usar Camera Raw. Se me cierra Photoshop. He intentado de todo, ayuda por favor.

Tengo una notebook Asus i7 con 8 Gb de ram y procesador de 2Ghz y Windows 10.

    The only thing it worked for me was installing older version of Camera Raw.

    Beside the amount of RAM allowed to Photoshop from Preferences > Performance (70% is recommended), I am not aware of other settings that can improve performance and solve your problem. Perhaps 8GB of RAM is not enough, and that is causing the app to crash.

    I have the last version of PS. No error message appears, when I open Camera Raw filter, the program closes.
    I know is something about configuration in preferences, but don´t know what to configure...

    Are you trying to use Camera Raw filter in Photoshop? Which version of Photoshop? Do you see any error message?
