"no se ha podido guardar como" "porque no se ha encontrado el archivo"

Me aparece este aviso cada vez que intento guardar un archivo de Photoshop, no importa en qué formato y no importa si es un archivo totalmente nuevo. Recientemente tuve un virus trojano (ya lo quité), y recientemente también he actualizado mi equipo. Estoy trabajando en Windows con Photoshop CC2018. ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar o que tenga el mismo problema?

This notice appears to me whenever I try to save a file in Photoshop, no matter what the format, and no matter if it is a completely new file. I recently had a virus trojano (already removed it), and I have also recently updated my computer. I'm working on Windows with Photoshop CC2018. Anyone who can help me or has the same problem?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
