No workspace(/panels) Pho & Indd
When I start Phtoshop 24.1 or InDesign 18.1 on my Mac Ventura 13.1, I don't see any panels.
I have to choose a workspace and then my favorite workspace to use my.
how can I solve this problem?

Try resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
