Noiseware 6 plugin issue

Received email from Imagenomic on Noiseware 6 plugin update. Discounted price, OK purchased, downloaded and installed. But as soon as Photoshop 25.1 is loading, get message that the plugin Imagenomicpluginconsole is damaged and do i want to move it to the trash or cancel. If I click on cancel, the message returns again and again, but finally disappears. Photoshop starts up, I go to menus and Noiseware 6 is there, and works. And never asked me for a license key but info states that the product is licensed even though i never entered the license. I restarted my macbook pro m1 pro and as soon as Photoshop is fired up, the same 'plugin/console' is damaged message appears. I click on 'cancel' a half dozen times and the message disappears and I can use Noiseware in Photoshop. Tried to contact Imagenomic about the issue but couldn't find anywhere to post questions . . .

UPDATE: on restart, and loading photoshop, message again appeared but I clicked on 'move to trash' - message disappeared and has not returned and Noiseware 6 works, says it's licensed but I still never had to enter a license key, OK I'll go with that. Maybe i'll delete this thread unless the problem pops up again.
