Not Letting Me Open or Create New Projects

I've been trying to open, create new projects and do things in Photoshop and it's not doing a single thing. Is there a problem right now?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Please post the exact version and not phrases as "newest" or "latest" and so on.

What do you try to do?

What type of project do you try to create?

Where you try to create a new project? Local drive, network or cloud?

Do you have the appropriate access rights to the appropriate location?

Do you get an error message? If yes please post the exact message or pst an screenshot.
