NOT panorama image stitching

Hello,

Could you please tell me if Photomerge or other tool makes image stitching for time lapse videos ?

I have some images taken in different days, but they does not match exactly for a time lapse video: the background objects are in slightly different positions among images. Is there a way to match all the images ?

It looks like the same algorithm as for panoramic image from multiple stitched images, but in this case the result is not a panorama but a sequence for a time lapse video.
