NOT WORKING - Photoshop CS6 13.0.1 + Huion Drivers

What is it about Photoshop?
Windows 10 Pro + Photoshop CS6 Extended 13.0.1 has failed with every Huion driver. (on Maingear VYBE)
This is not old or inexpensive Hardware.

Desktop Huion drivers

Huion app pressure test works, with all driver versions.
The pen tracks, and the pen buttons work.
Photoshop CS6 Extended 13.0.1

• FAIL v14.7.9.157 beta
• FAIL v14.7.6
• FAIL v14.5.0
• FAIL v13.15.35
• Clip Studio Paint EX = Pen Pressure WORKING
• Krita = Pen Pressure WORKING
• ZBrush 2019 = Pen Pressure WORKING
• Photoshop CS6 Extended 13.0.1 = FAIL

Steps for Every Driver Install

1. Log out the Huion driver, close all drawing programs, close your anti virus software. (have no idea how to close Win Defender)
2. Uninstall the Huion driver from control panel.
3. Unplug the USB cable.
4. Install driver V14.7.9.157
5. Reboot the computer and wait until it finishes rebooting.
6. *  Plug the USB cable.tablet back in
7. open Huion Pen app> Apply> ok
8. open photoshop: still not working
