Nothing is happening when I double click or run Photoshop CC 2019

Hi,

I just downloaded (install and uninstall again) PHOTOSHOP CC 2019, it shows "installed successfully" but when I click on the icon of photoshop or start from start menu in windows 7, nothing is happening.

Can any one help me on it please?

It says it is up to date.

One more thing, it also says (as advice: UPDATE YOUR OS SYSTEM) and redirecting me to windows 10 which I can not do as I do not want to disturb my settings.

I have server pack 1, but I stopped/paused windows update, do you think if i will do it, it will work?

Yes, update. You have to get that done first.

Sure. Let me check, but it worked in Dreamweaver cc 2019 and illustrator cc 2019 but not working in Photoshop CC 2019

You do have Windows 7 SP1?
