Question

Nothing opens....

Version 24.2

MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

When attempting to create a new file, nothing opens.

Likewise when working in the 3D panel, I CANNOT edit text I have already turned 3D. when going to the "edit sorce" page, it opens a new window and the screen is just blank. Trying to use 3D lettering in a paid project, to keep consistant I need to not have to go in and set the lighting and angle and shadeing and stuff each time. But I can't just edit the text.......seems very not user friendly.

Just having a lot of issues with reponsivness.

Hi @Kylie27870596l4or it didnt delete your projects - it just reset your Recent Files list. Your projects should still be located in the same location on your computer.

Two things to try:

1. Reset the photoshop preferences by going to Photoshop>Settings>General, clicking

Reset Preferences On Quit and restartting photoshop.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

2. Give Photoshop Full Disk Access by going to Apple>System Settings>Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access
