Hi, I have my Adobe account and want to migrate all my Photoshop cloud files to another Adobe account. Is there a way to migrate all the files?

If the forum's translation tool has interpreted your post correctly, you don't need to do anything other than connect to the internet and sign in to your Adobe account in the Creative Cloud desktop application.  Your cloud files will be available anywhere in the world that has an Internet connection.  If you are also asking about assets like brushes, custom workspaces and shortcuts etc. then you'll need to do this manually.
