Nudging Channels in PS 2020

Hi all, I cannot seem to nudge channels anymore. I recieve an error message, I do not recall having this issue before. 
Anyone have a work-around or know the way this has to be done now?

    To Nudge (move) channels with the Move Tool on a flattened image, click on channel you want to nudge, then turn on the eyes for the other channels.

     

     

    To nudge channels on an image with layers, do the same as above except do a Select>Select All before nudging.
